At this time, we have on the menu the following :
In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in the milk, oil and vanilla until smooth. Spread in an ungreased 9-in. square or round pan. Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour hot water over all; do not stir. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream or ice cream if desired. Yield 9 servings
Smash avocado's with potatoe masher. Add Season Salt to taste. Add lemon juice. Add Maynnaise. Mix until thoroughly blended. Add salsa to taste. Add Tabasco to taste. Add jalapenos or jalapeno juice to taste.
Cover and refrigerate for 1-1/2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
Flour and brown your chicken, you may either use a spray (such as pam) or you may fry in a small amount of oil. Remove chicken and set aside on a paper towel to drain fat.
In the same pan, next you saute your green pepper, onions and mushrooms in butter for about 6 minutes over a medium heat.
Add sour cream to the pan, turn it down to low stirring until sour cream is gravy like, add back your chicken pieces to the mixture and let simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
Serve over rice and enjoy.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil and butter in large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add breasts, turning several times until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes. Remove chicken to plate. Add apple slices to skillet, stir frequetly till barely tender, 3-4 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stir and return to boil. Return breasts to skillet, reduce heat and simmer uncovered turning breasts 3-4 times until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked, 6-8 minutes. Enjoy!

Guaranteed to make your tongue slap your brains out.
Fry or grill sausages until almost cooked, then remove from pan and chop into bite sized pieces. Peel, chop and fry the onion until golden; add the washed and chopped mushrooms for the last minute of frying.
Skin and chop the drained tomatoes, add to the pan of onions and mushrooms with the cooked sausage pieces, the wine and sugar. Add sufficient of the tomato liquid to cover all the other ingredients. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with pasta of your choice; shells, bows, twirls are easier to eat than spaghetti, depending on who does your washing :)
And, if you can take it, add chili sauce to taste. That should put a twirl in yer tongue.
Cap the strawberries and slice them. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces. Melt the stick of butter in a baking dish in a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and milk. Once the butter has melted, put the fruit directly on top of it then pour the mixture of flour, milk, and sugar right on top of the fruit. Bake at 350 for about 30 min. (depends on your oven)
What you will find is a beautiful crust covered cobbler with fresh summer fruit!! Enjoy!!
Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Add sugar and eggs; mix well.
Melt the unsweetened chocolate squares with the butter over very low heat or in microwave.
Stir in melted butter/chocolate mixture & vanilla to the banana mixture.
Add flour, baking soda, and buttermilk. Stir with a fork just enough to combine.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spoon batter into lined muffin cups, filling almost full. Bake 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let muffins stand in pan 5 minutes, then transfer to racks to let cool completely.

Roll into balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 112 cookies.
